J. BLAKEMORE (Wade)

J. Blakemore is an “Air Force Brat” who grew up in exotic locales like Thailand, Italy, Guam, and Lubbock, Texas. He’s a veteran actor with over 20 years of professional experience and he’s done everything from repertory stage productions to voice-overs for radio commercials and his roles have ranged from a Super Powered Respiratory Therapist (complete with cape) to a lawn jockey that has been suddenly animated and wreaks politically incorrect havoc at a dinner party to Romeo’s nemesis Tybalt to Oliver Brown (of “Brown v. the Board of Education” fame) and all points in between. He started his college education with a full scholarship for performance theatre and went on to attend Baylor University and Rhode Island College, where he was honored to study with people who have since gone on to wide critical acclaim. He, on the other hand, was happy to settle in Indianapolis near his extended family while his wife finished her education. At the time of “Bloomington” filming drew to a close he was making plans to move to L.A. - at his wife’s request- so she could (quote) “be warm for once”. As you read this he is probably packing his bags.
